41 Years Young July 2010

This looks a little wicked... it was... wicked good! It is a 'stacked chicken encilada' with a chili sauce on one half and a tomatillo sauce on the other. There is a fried tomatillo on the corner which tasted like a granny smith apple... yum!

Sergio got the Fish and Chips. I tried his too... of course... yummy battered fish with a great tarter sauce.

New Car

I was thinking... I have had two Brand New cars in my life so far. One at age 17 and one at age 41. Both had/have a sunroof. I have been reflecting on that... I was obviously fortunate then and I am fortunate now. At 17, the car wasn't earned through a good job and careful budgeting. At 41, it was. At 17, I went a bit too fast, sunroof down, cruising around thinking I was Oh, So, Cool!... at 41, it still do! :-)

Stormy Weather

I LOVE Thunder and Lightning Storms.

However, there is a caveat! I DO NOT want the TV satellite to go out and I DO NOT wand to lose power and I DO NOT want anyone to get hurt.

SO if I can have my cake and eat it too..... all will be well with a few good BOOMS out there once in a while!
